Fujitsu Laptop quality issue w / DC Jack?
My son has a Fujitsu Lifebook S Series notebook purchased in December 2004. I had major issues w quality / AC adapter plug. It 'been set for 3 times. When I talked to Fujitsu, which said there were problems w minimum quality / problem. However, the service provider told me this problem was a major problem for Fujitsu. I'm curious if anyone else had problems? Moreover, it would you know how I can get access to their quality documents for validation, if this was a problem. I just think Fujitsu has not been honest with me about this problem. Thank you!
You will not be able to get a power-quality documents without a court order. I think we have 2 Fujitsu in our office who have worked without any problem.
